Thank you for your interest in a shadowing a provider at HCC Network.  

Students must be at least 16 years old, parental permission granted, and should be part of a pre-health professions class, health care program, HOSA chapter, etc. Once approved, the following forms in the shadowing packet will be required along with submitting a photo ID.

Students are required to show proof of a TB screen within the last year and a flu shot within the last year, as you will be around patients and this is a requirement of our employees as well.  If you have issues with these please let us know.
